Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre Hiring for Customer Support Coordinator at Breslau, ON Full Time

Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre (WWFC) has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team!

WWFC is a large aviation training institute with 90 years of history and is located at the busy Waterloo Region International Airport. We provide members of the aviation community the opportunity to pursue their goals supported by the highest quality resources in the safest environment.

The Customer Support Coordinator is accountable to the Front-End Supervisor and is responsible for the sales and management of the Pilot Shop implementing systems policies, and procedures to meet the customers’ needs. This position works closely with all business units of the flight centre to provide an effortless customer experience to our users.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Acts as the primary point of contact for customers and provides exemplary customer service via inbound phone calls, in-person and emails.
• Provides information, completes registrations and payment transactions for WWFCs courses and events [gift certificate, introduction flight, etc.,]
• Responsible for the promotion of course registrations
• Educates customers on our products and responds to enquires in a professional and positive manner
• Works directly with marketing in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

Retail/Store Administration

• Responsible for Pilot shop budget and inventory management, sales and promotions for the year
• Plans and implements Pilot Shop merchandizing, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales and visual display
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the Pilot shop in accordance with WWFC procedures
• Sources manufactures/resellers for price comparison and new products according to budget and forecasted plans
• Ships packages from online sales and for general office staff in a timely manner.
• Bills student accounts for administrative charges
• Maintains and ensures online store reflects accurately in-stock items
• Responsible for posting daily receipts, coding, batching, entering and verifying transactions.
• Responsible for inventory tracking, reconciling cash with sales receipts, maintaining operating records and/or preparing daily records of transactions
• Trains part-time dispatchers on functions performed in the shop as well as associated policies and procedures

Other

• Works in close collaboration with the CFI to schedule test centre bookings and prepare paperwork.
• When required provide back-up to dispatch renters during busy periods
• Dispatches simulators and self-paced clients
• Constantly educating self to keep up to date on WWFC events and programs
• Demonstrates the Company mission, vision and values statements, policies and current standard business practices.
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school/ College graduate
• Training in customer service would be an asset
• 2 years of relevant work experience (retail and preferably in a senior role)
• Experience working with Point-of-Sale System [POS]
• Have a customer-focused attitude-friendly, responsive and genuinely interested in assisting customers
• Extremely detailed oriented, well organized, and strong ability to problem solve
• Radio license issued by Industry Canada (obtained during employment)
