Frasers Group are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy HR function. You will support with a wide variety of HR queries and will be managing a busy workload, so experience working at a fast pace is a must. Job Description
Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
Prepare new starter contracts and other documentation, working with the Recruitment team to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding for both the candidate and line manager
Review and update HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintained and produced
Produce ad hoc reports for the HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, managers and teams as requested
Carry out audit and checking activities as required
Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the systems in line with the agreed processes
Make sure all documents are recorded appropriately and filed securely in line with GDPR requirements
Provide administrative support for HR change activities and projects as required
Provide administrative support for HR team on all annual processes and ad-hoc tasks
Salary – £20,000 p/a
Qualifications
Experience in a busy HR function is essential
Able to work at a fast pace and prioritise a busy workload
Strong organisational skills and able to manage time effectively
Able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
Understanding/exposure to the complexity of a global commercial business
Competent with Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems quickly
