Talent Acquisition Manager – EndeavourX (Data, Digital & Tech)
About the Role
A key leader in the Talent team, the purpose of the Talent Manager role is to build holistic, sustainable talent plans to meet and enable the business strategic plans. You will lead and drive strategic partnerships and approaches to achieve long term strategic plans as well as using external and internal insights to build a presence and narrative in the market to attract the best Talent for Endeavour Group.

You are a data driven, flexible leader who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment. Your past experience and proven success leading a full life cycle talent acquisition function will ensure your success in this role.
