Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will provide the recuitment for our overall headcount. You will be the liason for hiring managers and outside vendors to ensure best talent and managing headcount.

What You Need for this Position

Must haves:

  • Minimum 2+ years of full desk recruiting
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (We use Paycom)
  • Experience doing job descriptions, job postings, onboarding, etc.
  • Bilignual in Spanish

Pluses:

  • Experience in Manufacturing Recruiting
  • Experience with Budgets


What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment (hiring, job descriptions, postings, preperations, onboarding, layoffs, etc.)
  • Come up with all sourcing stategies
  • Oversee and manage placement firm relationships, contracts, and invoice approval process
  • Identify staffing sources and resources (including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and outreach)
  • Maintain hiring monthly metrics.
