Recruiter – Staffing (Remote)

Capital Staffing, Inc Is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our internal team as a Recruiter!

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and building relationships with qualified candidates in the industries and areas we serve.
• Help develop new client contacts by sourcing and following up with leads.
• Create exciting and enticing job postings for our clients.
• Connect with talented individuals through, social media, networking groups, referrals and other employment resources.
• Assist with marketing and promotion of our organization.
• Partner with our clients and internal team to ensure successful placements for our open jobs.
• Serve as an employee liaison for new applicants and established staff.
• Conduct effective interviews with prospective new hires using industry standard techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all new hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Effectively educate all new hires on company policies, hiring process and communication procedures.

Schedule: Work from home!! Selected candidate would primarily work from a home based office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some minimal field work being necessary as needed. *As a result qualified applicants should live in a reasonably commutable distance to the Sacramento CA area. Hours may vary depending on business needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred
At least 2 years of Recruiting experience.
Experience with office, accounting, finance and scientific staffing is a plus.

Effective negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
