Role Overview
The Senior Associate – Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for managing Business Services (BS), Admin procurement requirements covering both OPEX and CAPEX, including office lease, Office fitouts etc. The role will work closely with different teams such as Business Services, Legal, Finance etc. and to ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, compliance, and seamless execution of procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for BS OPEX and CAPEX requirements. • Handle office leasing activities including coordination with landlords, brokers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders for LOI, lease agreements, registration, renewals, and amendments. • Drive RFP processes, vendor evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization. • Coordinate with Finance for PO approvals and payment tracking. • Work closely with Legal for contract reviews, compliance, and risk mitigation. • Manage vendor onboarding on Supplier Management tool. • Support project‑related procurement for office fit‑outs, civil works, facilities, and allied services. • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, timelines, and governance standards. • Prepare MIS, trackers, dashboards, and regular status updates for leadership.
· Ensure timely submission of Audit Observations.
· Ensure engagement with SBTi-registered vendors and provide guidance to any vendors that are not yet registered with SBTi.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field. • 5-6 years of relevant experience in procurement / sourcing, preferably in corporate real estate or business services / admin procurement. • Experience handling OPEX and CAPEX procurement categories and office leasing transactions. • Strong understanding of contract management and commercial negotiations.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen • Knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing best practices
· Knowledge of Oracle P+ and Apttus (for contracting) is an added advantage • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills • Good understanding of lease agreements and real estate documentation • Strong analytical, documentation, and MIS skills • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
