Our Restaurant Group is looking for a Restaurant Manager to provide leadership and direction for restaurant staff of a few locations. You should be highly motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. As the Restaurant manager you’ll be responsible for developing a vision and motivating team members to execute it, while ensuring they respect the Group’s core values. Communication skills are very important as you will be managing people and maintain rapport with restaurant employees at all levels. You will also be responsible for implementing new policies, procedures and practices aimed at improving the quality of our operation.
