Job Description

  • Credit assessment of new and existing trading accounts
  • Opening of new accounts
  • Receipting and allocation of customer payments
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Trading account reconciliations
  • Customer Collections
  • Credit limit reviews
  • Ongoing Customer maintenance (Both System and Soft Copy File)
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 years’ Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • Hands on approach with a good attention to detail
  • Demonstrated a proven ability to successfully manage customer conflict and resolution
  • Intermediate level of Excel and Word experience
  • Reliable team player with a can do attitude
