• Work in a cross-functional pod alongside a product manager, designer and engineers
• Work with ambiguous problems and deliver technical solutions
• Push the technical repertoire of the team forward
• Provide technical input to feasibility analysis on new ideas
• Participate in the full stack from UI to back end, CI/CD

You should:

• Be comfortable in a popular OO language(eg. Java, Python)
• Have experience with a cloud hosting platform
• Have an awareness of cloud architectures
• Be familiar with a popular VCS tool(eg. Git)
• Be familiar with a task management tool(eg. JIRA, Trello)

It would be nice if you:

• Have experience with either Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes
• Have experience with Spring Boot/React
• Have experience with a DBMS
• Have experience with products incorporating machine learning
• Have experience with Atlassian tooling(Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence)
• Have an awareness of financial products/services
• Have experience navigating a large organisation
