Aon Corporation Hiring for The Aon Human Resources Apprenticeship 2022 at London Full Time

Aon are currently recruiting for HR Apprentices to join our team in London. This will be a two year rotational programme giving you the opportunity to learn about core areas of Aon’s People Organisation. During each rotation you will be working with experienced HR colleagues from both a generalist and specialist background, giving you lots of opportunities to experience a variety of roles. Rotations may include spending time with our HR Business Partners, Training & Development, Recruitment and our Early Careers Recruitment Team. This is permanent opportunity with Aon, so once you have completed your 2 year rotational programme you will move into a fixed role within Aon’s London based HR team.

Every apprenticeship role at Aon is a permanent position, which means we’re invested in your future with us from day one. That’s why we make sure you have access to plenty of on-the-job, business and technical training: to help you develop the skills needed to excel in your career.

As part of the programme you will complete the level 3 CIPD apprenticeship will give you the foundation for your career in HR. Once you have completed this initial qualification, your training does not stop there. You will then to continue your professional studies and move on to our level 5 CIPD apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements

112 UCAS points from your top 3 A Levels (or equivalent) or 280 UCAS points for exams sat prior to 2017 (excluding General Studies) i.e. BBC

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English, or 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A*- C if taken prior to change in grading system in the UK.
