Due to significant growth Land Surveys have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our high-performing HR Department.

The role

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, this role will provide critical human resources and employment relations advice and support to all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have board experience in all facets of human resources to assist in delivering core projects, initiatives and in the day-to-day operations.

Duties

• Advise on human resources and employee relations matters
• Prepare, update and administer employment-related documentation
• Coordinate recruitment activities
• Conduct audits on various HR-related documentation
• Ongoing improvement of processes
• Support the implementation of projects and initiatives
• Provide administration support.

What you need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Be adaptable and flexible
• Relevant qualifications in human resources, industrial relations or similar
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Suite and systems-based knowledge
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, build relationships and provide advice
• Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have full working rights in Australia.
