A government body looking after public transport within Victoria.

Job Description

Generate employments contracts, letters of offer and on boarding paperwork for new employees
Check recruitment paperwork for legal and corporate compliance
On board new employees into JDE and payroll
Delivery and then management of new employee on boarding program using Taleo
Organise Assessment Centres

The Successful Applicant

Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources, business, or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience
2 years experience in administration roles; ideally internal recruitment and/or agency environment
Experience in supporting a team to create and deliver a quality service.
Experience in building a great candidate experiences and leverage your customer service skills to internal hiring managers
