Talent Acquisition Manager

A large, well-established, family run wine and spirits distributor located just outside of Boston, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing HR team. This position will lead a modern and strategic talent management program alongside the HR and Learning/Development teams to amplify the firm’s culture. The successful candidate will be a passionate people-person and excels at developing and sustaining meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers for both experienced and entry level hires across the organization. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting function including targeting and attracting, job posting and creation, digital strategies, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, and managing candidate correspondence
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline
• Evaluate candidate skills and experiences to match core competencies with key hiring requirements; assess motivational and culture fit
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events both on and off-site
• Draft and communicate employment offers
• Develop and update current job descriptions for all positions within the Company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HR Certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years corporate or agency recruiting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills necessary to effectively work with senior management, hiring managers, applicants, and candidates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and experience with other software applications to include our HRIS (ADP)
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
