We are family owned group of services that have been in early childhood for over 25 years. We have a strong focus on educator and team well being as we believe if you look after your staff they will also do a great job at looking after the children.
Our team are dedicated Educators who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. At Little Zak’s we help our team and children blossom into the best version of themselves through our friendly and nurturing culture.
We have a beautiful state of the art centre recently opened in Wongawilli (a short 10 minute drive from Dapto) looking for additional educators to join the team as our enrolments increase!

What we are looking for:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- A passion for children and their development
- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills or willing to learn
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
