Karma Casting Inc. Hiring for BELL Customer Service Representative – Cavendish Music Festival at Cavendish, PE Full Time

Karma Casting is looking for two Customer Service Representatives to represent BELL at Cavendish Music Festival July 5 – July 10, 2022. CSR’s will be sharing a cottage with separate rooms, if not local to PEI.

Responsibilities:

1 Invite festival-goers to participate to the game on the Bell interactive giant wall.
2 Responsible to report back to the KARMA team throughout the day.
3 Interactions count (clicker provided)

Schedule:

July 5th (am) : travel to PEI if not local (3h)

July 5th (pm): arrive to rental cottage

July 5th (pm) : videoconference training (2h)

July 6th (pm): on-site walk-through (1h)

Festival Day 1 July 7th: 11:30am to 11:30pm (12h)

Festival Day 2 July 8th: 11:30am to 11:30pm (12h)

Festival Day 3 July 9th: 11:30am to 11:30pm (12h)

July 10th: travel back (3h)

Pay Rate: $23/hr paid via Interac-E Transfer within 7 business days

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 days

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

• French not required

• 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cavendish, PE C0A 1N0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
