NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH Hiring for Investment Analyst Job at London, England Full Time

As our new Investment Analyst you will be reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Development and will work in a small London-based team with a broad Global mandate, as part of NTT GDC’s Global Corporate Development function, to invest capital in Data Center projects across organic/development, M&A and hybrid sale and leaseback strategies. Given the growth of the investment platform the level of day one responsibility demands a self-starting individual that is able to work unsupervised with excellent organization skills.

Your responsibilities

• Investment underwriting analysis
• Preparation of investment committee and management board memoranda
• Assisting due diligence and financing, structuring and overall execution of transactions while working closely with external legal, tax and accounting teams
• Preparation of market research
• Help to devise and execute strategy, buy/hold/sell analysis, budget and business plan forecasting
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Your profile

• Demonstrable experience in investment banking / asset management / real estate investment or corporate finance experience
• Proven interest in specialist real estate or infrastructure and investments.
• Strong Analytical and financial modelling skills (Excellent MS Excel)
• Strong written and oral presentation skills (Excellent MS Powerpoint)
• Property or Corporate transaction experience
• Strong attention to detail is critical
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic market research skills through public market information such as corporate filings and investor relations
• Basic knowledge of public/private market data tools such as Bloomberg, etc. would be preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to maintain own continual professional development
• Undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019
