Public Sector Resourcing Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at London, England Full Time

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main responsibilities would be to:

• Build relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes and to develop business knowledge and understanding.
• Running and improving end-to-end recruitment processes on multiple campaigns, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and contract stage.
• Along with the TA manager, conduct job briefings with Hiring Managers and external recruitment partners, agreeing the job description and timeline for each role.
• Create job adverts on LCCC platforms (Website careers page and LinkedIn), social media and headhunt candidates on Linked Recruiter and other platforms.
• Undertake shortlisting of CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews (for direct applicants) to assess candidate suitability.
• Support the drive of inclusion and diversity within the recruitment process.
• Focus on delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• End-to-end recruitment experience, from an internal recruiter position with experience of campaigns.
• An understanding of the administrative side of recruiting – arranging interviews, issuing offer letters and contracts.
• Strong computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• An innovative approach to talent sourcing, finding different routes to market for more challenging or niche roles.
• Experience conducting qualifying/screening calls with candidates.
• The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
