Our client, Universal Industries, Inc. located in Cedar Falls, IA is a leading manufacturer of specialty bulk material handling equipment serving the agricultural industry world-wide. The Company currently has a career opportunity for a Director of Accounting and Finance.

Essential Functions:

The successful candidate will direct the accounting function for the company including payroll processing, payroll tax preparation and compliance, cost accounting, general ledger maintenance, process improvement and financial reporting to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance required
• 4 or more years’ experience in a lead accountant or director/management position is required
