Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be based in United Kingdom, responsible for a variety of recruitment activities.
The position can be partially or fully remote.
What a typical day looks like:

Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether and how to apply for a vacant position;

Fill the assigned vacant positions (white collar positions) by utilizing social media, job boards, referrals and exhaust all means of sourcing to find top talent;

Become a business partner for all the Hiring managers with whom you’ll work with;

Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skill set, market salary, feedback from market, etc;

Responsible for continuously reviewing source efficiency, recommending new sources and creating sourcing strategy;

Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably;

Being able to recruit mainly on the English and Irish labor market, but also in other European countries in different occasions (Poland, Hungary or Netherlands).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Solid end – to – end recruitment experience from searching, attracting and managing the candidate though the whole journey and provide a great candidate experience

Fluency in English is a must;

German is a huge advantage;

Able to fulfill a TA Advisor / Business Partner role for all stakeholders involved in recruiting;

Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving;

Solid knowledge of MS Office
-
Previous experience in a multi-cultural team; Previous experience in a manufacturing environment;

Eligible to work in UK.
