SALARY D.O.E.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Financial Reporting required
• Job Cost accounting experience required
• General Ledger accounting experience required
• Experience processing, completing and reporting construction loan draws HIGHLY desired
• Experience working with multiple interconnected business entities desired
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting desired
• Previous experience working in construction, real estate development and/or property management accounting desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with Sage Master Builder preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing monthly construction draws
• Review and pay AP for various financial entities
• Monitor cash flow for various financial entities
• Handle accounting duties for various financial entities
• Journal entries, GL and bank account reconciliations
• Review expenses at month end to ensure accurate coding and report on budget vs. actual performance
• Intercompany invoicing
• Working relationship with various departments and personnel
• Responsible for answering facilities and main office accounting inquires
• Other duties as assigned
• Assist the CFO as needed
• Complies with Company policies & procedures, accounting policies & procedures, & applicable local, state, & federal laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
