SinglePoint Group International Hiring for Customer Service and Sales Representative at New Brunswick Full Time

Compensation: competitive hourly wage and eligible for bonuses and full commission

We have permanent full-time opportunities and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of:

Monday to Sunday: 8am to 10pm EST (7am to 9pm CDT)

This position starts on July 5, successful candidates MUST be available to start

Responsibilities

Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services

Assist with customer related billing solutions in an engaging and professional manner

Document customer accounts accurately

Marketing new products to existing customers

Resolve customer account discrepancies

Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information

Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earned additional compensation

Qualifications

Must bring your own device. The device must:
Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)

Have at least 4 GM of RAM (memory)

Have at least 500BM of free space (storage/HDD)

Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps

Ability to work flexible shifts

Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer and data entry skills

Experience working in customer service. Experience in accounts receivable or contact center experience is an asset

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Sales experience is an asset
