WORKING AT MÖLNLYCKE
If you have a passion for HR, People Development, Operational Excellence and Process Improvement then we have a role which is going to both challenge and excite you as our new People Experience Partner & Manager UK. Alternating between the UK leadership strategy development and hands-on operational practices, you will be a true generalist in every sense of the word.
You will be an active contributor to, and facilitate the delivery of our regional cluster people experience roadmap. You will help to guide and shape the business as we develop key performance excellence, talent management and people focused policies. Becoming a true Business Partner you will be seen as the “People Experience Guru” and will hold responsibility for the delivery of strategic people plans, through the leadership of a small team.
Hear what the current PX Partner & Manager has to say about the opportunity:
“We are on a journey to align our local markets to the new customer centric global strategy. Now is an exciting time to join and lead the UK People Experience team which will allow you to be energised through collaboration, demonstrate your entrepreneurship and achieve meaningful outcomes in a multinational organisation.
