You have:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher certification in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

· Experience with Cyber security.

· Experience with ATS and CRM cloud systems.

· Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

You are responsible for:

• Configuring and operating our cloud software and IT infrastructure, auditing and administering access as required for our users and compliance needs.
• Enabling our company’s scalability by establishing the technology roadmap and influencing the IT strategy.
• Monitoring cyber security protection, response, detection, and recovery.
• Creation of protocols.
• Performing audits of identity and access management configuration.
• Making recommendations to improve security, cost-effectiveness, and usability.
• Monitoring daily performance of IT systems, including computers, programs, and networks.
• Managing the department budget (negotiation of licensing agreements, purchase of equipment, etc.)
• Troubleshooting problems and increasing overall efficiency.
• Developing and implementing a seamless IT onboarding experience for new team members.
• Developing data backup systems and disaster recovery contingencies.
• Monitoring internal and external policies and regulatory compliance.

• SuperUser for our IRP Netsuite.
