Saltwater Pros Inc. Hiring for Customer Service Aquarium at North York, ON Full Time

Saltwater Pros (saltwaterpros.ca) located in Toronto is looking to hire. We are looking to hire an outgoing individual who have great knowledge of customer service, maintenance, basic computer knowledge to grow within our team.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Passion of aquarium keeping
• Confident with new customers and situations
• Open minded and willing to learn
• Assisting customers with sales and customers inquires
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Inventory update on Shopify (Training will be provided)
• Social media management
• Taking pictures/videos, Editing (Training will be provided)
• Responding to emails and customer support related to reef aquarium
• Hobby or industry experience is a huge plus
• Full time 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
