You will work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand their business needs, help them to create compelling job descriptions, advertising strategies and source suitable candidates using a variety of channels. You will screen candidates and provide feedback notes to the Hiring Managers and help them to develop a strong interview process and structure whilst ensuring the candidates have a good overall experience. The TA will manage the offer stage and conclude & wrap up the interview process whilst always remaining mindful of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Not only will you be part of the EMEA team, you will also be part of the Global Talent Attraction Team where you will collaborate, partner, and understand the importance of teamwork in a global environment. You will:
Lead the recruitment and selection process for a variety of technical and non-technical positions across multiple geographical locations in different sectors.
Leverage a variety of talent sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent to Trimble.
Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing methods.
Partner with business hiring teams to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the talent market and offer creative suggestions for optimizing the recruiting process and proactively identifying talent for key profiles.
Recommend ideas and solutions to improve the time to fill, increase candidate pipeline, and reduce aging requisitions.
Provide premium candidate experiences that represent Trimble’s values.
Hire top talent by extending and negotiating job offers, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and Trimble.
Leverage data and analytics to seek opportunities to optimise and drive results.
Role model teamwork in order to help the global Talent Attraction Team achieve results that support Trimble’s vision and mission.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Must speak English fluently in combination with another European language.
In-house Recruitment experience within a recently held position.
Comfortable working in a global team environment where you’ll be interacting with other TA partners, People Experience (HR) partners, and hiring managers globally. Must be able to navigate the complexities of working across the EMEA region.
Work independently with Hiring Managers where you will provide innovative recruitment solutions to attracting suitable talent to their open positions.
You will understand how to follow processes but know when to be creative and use out-side-the-box thinking to navigate to a successful conclusion.
Strong influencing and motivational skills to inspire hiring managers and candidates.
Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple projects & initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Uses data and analytics to define trends, opportunities, and make recommendations.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
Seek to provide consistently positive candidate experiences.

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
Previous experience in a large company or or can demonstrate examples of effectively collaborating across a variety of dispersed teams.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally WorkdayRecruit.
Information About Your Location
We have office locations in Sweden, UK, Finland, Netherlands, Poland, Belgium & France but this position is available on a fully remote basis or Hybrid working basis.
