Key Care Ltd Hiring for Recruitment Consultant Job at Derby, England Full Time

Key 2 Care Ltd are a rapidly expanding provider of domiciliary and extra care services throughout counties across the Midlands.

To support our growth, we have secured a sponsorship license from the government to enable us to employ healthcare workers who are based overseas or within the UK (applicants can “switch” into the worker visa from most other visa types, for example Tier 4 Student and Tier 2 visas).

To maximise upon this opportunity, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in this particular strategic area

Primary responsibilities will include

• Identify appropriate candidates through networking, agency support, referrals and incoming communications
• Manage the recruitment process through interviewing, referencing, local police checks and English language test (where required)
• Be familiar with the process of allocating DCoS and UCoS
• Be familiar with the process of applying for appropriate Right to Work documentation and Visas
• Ensure target numbers of new applicants recruited meet the demands of the service.
• Lead the process for welcoming new care professionals recruited from abroad into the country, through meet and greet services, supporting with accommodation and orientation into the UK
• Contribute to workforce planning and pipelining to ensure that the business area talent is fit to meet future challenges.
• Promote new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates.
• Proven record of accomplishment of managing high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames.
• Check application packs, availability forms, preferred area, and liaise with the Care Managers the hours of work that can be offered.
• Monitor candidate progress during training.
• Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Provide an excellent customer service to candidates, internal departments and professional bodies.
• Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and email.
• To work closely with HR to ensure a seamless and joined up end to end recruitment service to the various business areas.
• Produce monthly reports.
• Occasional travel to other areas of the business.

This is a role of significant strategic importance to the business, and as such, working hours are flexible to ensure the maximum amount of candidates can be interviewed and vetted around their own availability, and a bonus scheme will be in place to recognise results achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
