Nigel Wright Group Hiring for Interim Regional HR Business Partner at Huddersfield Full Time

We are delighted to be supporting our industrial client in their search of an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team on an interim basis for 3-4 months. This will be a hybrid role with travel to sites across the Yorkshire and Lancashire areas.

Working with operational business leaders, you will play a key role in supporting employee relations issues and coming to a successful resolution.

Travel will be expected, but you can work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

What we are looking for;

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys the operational aspects of HR and is happy to travel to sites across the North. You must be able to hit the ground running and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

You will be available to start immediately.

A base in Yorkshire, East Midlands or Lancashire would be preferred.
