The role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with the business and HR to strategically acquire qualified talent for business-critical roles. You will work with the TA Manager to support EACH in delivering the requirement requirements to support delivering the Leadership Framework, RAP and Diversity & Inclusion plans, as well as delivering a recruitment agency Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA). Responsibilities include

• designing and managing strategic and high touch recruitment experiences.
• talent mapping, talent sourcing, creating talent pipelines and managing talent pools to meet the business goals.
• collaborating with the TA Manager, HR leaders and Organisational Culture & Capability to create, design and deliver recruitment tasks with in HR strategies.
• enhance recruitment processes and coach hiring managers and TA team members on recruitment best practices.

You’ll bring your skills and experience in:

• Experience delivering recruitment tasks relaesd to Leadership frameworks, Diversity & Inclusion and RAP plans.
• Proven ability to create a high touch and best in class candidate experience.
• Experience managing and partnering with recruitment agencies and developing a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA).
• Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Insights, Seek Talent Search and other available mediums (ideally in the Health industry)
• Proven experience of influencing and persuading at all levels both internal clients and external suppliers.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, in both in-house and agency roles

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist you will;

• Proactively source candidates
• Talent map and manage talent streams in the community health industry
• Be responsible for ongoing candidate attraction, engagement and nurturing
• Collect candidate insights and market intel to feedback to the TA team and hiring managers
