Form and Fiber, Inc. is a family-owned commercial manufacturing business for exterior site furnishings located in Mabank Texas. We produce modern products that are integral to exterior spaces for office, campus, high-end housing, entertainment, and public spaces throughout the country. Position is well-suited to a quick learner with the ability to offer input and experience for new methods where accounting methods and/or efficiencies can be achieved.

Accounting Responsibilities

• Manage payable accounts
• Support accounts receivable manager with collection calls and reporting
• Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and A/P
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and end of year closings for CPA review
• Weekly management, tracking, and reporting for payable and receivable accounts
• Running financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L Statements
• Ability to manage and providing accounting information for tax preparation to assist outside CPA
• Manage and run payroll bi-weekly
• Manage 401k payments

Skills

• Experience in Quickbooks Online accounting platform
• Experience with daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger functions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, working with multiple team members
• Ability to efficiently work independently with self-starting skills
• Ability to collaborate and work with outside CPA team
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to work with confidential information within the workplace environment
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Any additional experience in job tracking, new employee on-boarding, HR is helpful, but not required

Experience & Requirements

• Bookkeeping: Minimum 5 years cumulative
• Quickbooks Online required
• Must have reliable transportation and punctuality
• Background check required

Schedule & Location

• Full-Time, Monday – Friday
• Monday – Thursday = 8 or 9 hr days
• Fridays = Half Day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
