Due to client demand and exciting diversification plans for the business, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us. We love what we do, and we are a very close-knit team that operates on nothing short of !00% respect. We definitely have our fair share of fun along the way.

The role itself presents an ideal opportunity to join the business at a stage where you will become an integral part of our expansion plans, which will in turn promote an opportunity to expedite your career. Oh and this role will be primarily based WHEREVER YOU WANT IT TO BE, however regular catch ups with team members that are based in Central Melbourne and Sydney will be required.

Working across both the recruitment and HR sides of the business, responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

• 360 recruitment and talent solutions role
• Support facilitation of graduate assessment days
• Support all candidate relationship activities
• Face to face and web based interviewing
• Recruitment Campaigns
• Continuous improvement of candidate and client care programs
• Management of company social/digital media accounts and campaigns
• Talent mapping utilising web based research and social media outlets

Experience in the recruitment, talent research or executive search sector is required.
