JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for an organized, self sufficient, highly accurate and trustworthy Accounting Specialist to oversee and manage bookkeeping, with integrity and expertise in all accounting related areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month end procedures, including postings and reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
- Routine reports and data entry for KPI dashboards
- Handle customer credit management, including collections, reporting and set up of new accounts
- Capable and knowledgable of preparing and understanding of Financial Reports
- Limited HR duties, preparing documents, management of office supplies, and may be involved in special projects and other accounting and administrative tasks
SKILLS
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs with emphasis in Excel
- Experienced in accounting software
- High degree of attention to detail; ability to multi task
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
