Skills/Responsibilities:

We recruit candidates to take part in a development programme and in turn train our candidates to become care support workers.

To be successful in this role the candidate needs to be:

• Able to deal with a variety of stakeholders and have great communication skills
• Manage the recruitment administration process on a day-to-day basis.
• Respond to all calls and requests professionally and proactively.
• Act as a resource, offering support and advice to the customer.
• Respond to applicant queries professionally and proactive
• Liaise and develop relationships with the customer and external agencies
• Provide advice on the recruitment process to flexible and corporate staff
• Attend and contribute to meetings.
• Ensure appropriate lines of communication and working relationships are established and maintained with candidates and corporate staff.
• Deal with customer complaints ensuring a positive outcome.
• Communicate customer needs and expectations to the Recruitment Manager.
