Sports Leadership and Management (SLAM) is a public charter school for 6th through 12th-grade students seeking careers in the Sports Leadership and Management industries. SLAM integrates sports-related themes into a core curriculum of Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. SLAM prepares students for careers in Sports Medicine, Business, Marketing, Health, and Communications. SLAM provides students with unique access to career mentors, athletes as role models, and executive internships through educational partnerships with local and national sports franchises, health/personal fitness, and additional sports themed academy electives to complete the 24 credits required to earn a high school diploma and college credit courses. www.slammiami.com

Responsible for the development of student services and the support of teaching and learning through the student service areas. Administer student services policies in a manner consistent with state laws and School Board policies enabling students to reach their full potential in a safe and healthy environment. These responsibilities include goal setting, planning, organizing, coordinating, decision making, communicating and evaluating. Dean will oversee the student’s services department and coordinate their duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
