Corner Resources Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Opportunity Job at Tampa, FL Full Time

4 Corner Resources is partnering with an enterprise-level Industrial organization to hire two Talent Acquisition Specialists/ Corporate Recruiters. These job openings are direct-hire permanent opportunities that allow you to work a hybrid schedule: half from home, and half in the Tampa corporate office.

Job Duties:

• Post open requisitions and manage job boards, including LinkedIn and other social media sites/ resume building platforms
• Actively source for candidates through the internet, cold-calling, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to pre-screen and schedule interviews with qualified applicants
• Coordinate with external recruiters and staffing agencies, as needed
• Attend job fairs and represent the company to potential new team members
• Track candidate status in ADP Recruiting Management
• Communicate often with candidates/new hires, and maintain feedback in a timely manner to HR department and candidates to ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Work with corporate onboarding department to monitor background checks and drug screen statuses
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, minimum
• Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably ADP Recruiting Management (this program will be used in this role)
• Familiarity with Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other online job boards
• Proficiency in social media recruiting, specifically on LinkedIn

Pay:

• Yearly salary of $60,000
• Full benefits and PTO availalable
