Graver Technologies LLC Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Honeoye Falls, NY Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment activities for all exempt and non-exempt positions throughout the organization. This position will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and will implement recruiting strategies to support the organization. Position will be based at Rochester, NY facility with travel as needed to other Graver Technologies facilities located in Delaware and New Jersey, Universities and schools, and job fair locations.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment activities to include but not limited to, advertising, sourcing candidates, screening and selection, scheduling, onboarding, and conducting new hire orientation.

• Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and position posting.

• Develops new hire offers in coordination with the hiring manager and HR Manager, conduct pre-employment background check, schedule drug screening and physical appointment for all candidates and prepare and conduct new hire orientation.

• Manage job posting and interview process for internal applicants.

• Oversees Employee Referral Program.

• Develop, support and maintain college recruiting initiatives and attend job fairs as offered.

• Prepare HR/Recruitment metrics by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through the use of Workday HRIS.

• Cultivate strong knowledge of the company, industry, and competitors to assist with recruiting efforts.

• As an extension of the HR department, provide support to existing employees as needed by fielding questions, assisting with computer kiosk instruction, etc.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

• Minimum of three years extensive recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools to include use of social media platforms (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• HRIS experience with Workday preferred.

• Detail oriented professional with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations as it relates to recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Must be able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

• Ability to travel 20% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
