Fahrzeugteile Bossert Hiring for Administrative Assistant at Toronto, ON Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Assists Controller with accounts receivable and accounts payable process
- Assists Controller with preparing workpapers and documentation for internal and external reporting
- Responsible for setting up and updating vendors in the accounting system
- Responsible for entering and processing invoices and ensure payments in a timely manner
- Take part in the month end close process
- Handle any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Assist in daily general office duties
- Ad Hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of accounting software, a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Organized with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
