Customer Service Representative

AMAX Leather Canada is a supplier of premium leather furniture to the North American Market. We are committed to providing quality products and amazing styles.

Our strategic partner in China, who has more than 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, gives us complete control of our supply chain. We have warehouses in the USA & Canada, and with this you can count on Amax to meet every leather upholstery need in a timely fashion.

Our collections are all about great designs, brilliant leather finishes, and quality construction. We use trusted suppliers and premium components. Our team of talented designers are always busy bringing new designs to life, and we always look to exceed our own expectations.

Duties

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all products purchased
• Advise customers of options available
• Follow up with customers on delivery, and satisfaction
• Handle warranty and returns from customers
• Reviewing all furniture returns and helping to determine how we can build our product even better
• Coordinating replacement parts as needed
• Sending leather swatches to prospective customers daily
• Responding to customer requests for service
• Support other departments as needed for customer orders, complaints and queries

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail must be ingrained in your work habits
• Comfortable using computers and Excel
• Experience working with customer support
