About the job
  • Oversee the Finance and Accounting function across Australia and New Zealand
  • Have a comprehensive and holistic view for the defined entities including the overall accountability for financial statements per statutory laws and regulations and ensure internal and external compliance at any time
  • Work closely with local and global stakeholders, building a strong relationship to deliver the right solutions for the business
  • Manage Australia and New Zealand tax activities, including compliance, reporting and returns as per tax authority legislation requirement
  • Manage treasury operations including cash flow management definitions and decisions
  • Single point of contact for internal audit and the lead for audit execution
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, like banks, external authorities, auditors, corporate head office function (for example, Corporate Tax and Corporate Controlling) and local management
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • University degree in Economics or Finance
  • Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting. A shared services environment is a plus
  • Professional accounting certification, such as CPA or CA
  • Experience in accounting systems such as SAP
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Demonstrated strong compliance mindset
