Lekker Bikes is looking for a part-time enthusiastic financial assistant with administrative or accounting experience to grow and develop within our international team.

The Financial Assistant is responsible for day-to-day financial administration across the organisation. This will involve providing support with various tasks including but not limited to Payroll, HR, accounts receivable and payable functions and staff expenses. The financial assistant will be part of an international financial team working closely together with the local administrator and the financial controller in the Netherlands.

Finance Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Booking purchase invoices.
• Monitor and process orders, invoices and receipts.
• Periodical processing of bank statements.
• Monthly payroll for staff.
• General administrative and office related duties (filing, sorting, organizing).

Finance Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience with and knowledge about bookkeeping
• Experience with an accounting software and proficient with Word/Excel
• Structured and a superior attention to detail
• Organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of accounting rules and regulations
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Long term commitment to the job
• A passion for bicycles
