Arp’s at The Creede Hotel Hiring for Bartender, Line Cooks at Creede, Colorado Full Time

The historic Creede Hotel was built in 1892. We are hiring for The Creede Hotel kitchen and, also, our healthy quick-serve restaurant two doors down that mainly focuses on breakfast and lunch. Breakfast experience is a big plus with extra points for Hollandaise skills!!!

Creede is a remote silver mining town situated between two picturesque mountain ranges at the headwaters of the Rio Grande. We are currently building a brand new kitchen from the ground up and it should be ready very soon! Two six burners, two fryers, big flattop, two grills, convection oven, salamander, proofer, walk-in refrigerator, walk-in freezer and a new dish pit that services about 50 inside and about 80 in our giant event tent that has a stage that we are programing lots of live entertainment on. Lunch 11-3 Bar Menu 3-5 and Dinner 5-8. We are situated on main street that has an iconic view of the cliffs and we are right next door to a nationally recognized, live, repertory theater.

We are currently accepting applications for a Bartender and Line Cooks for the 2022 season, which runs from Memorial Day weekend through the end of the calendar year.

The menu consists of classic favorites and also heightened comfort food. The kitchen also features international culinary favorites. We are remote; so, we find a little magic in bringing the far corners of the world to Creede on a plate.

We are looking for experienced, hard-working personalities that are compatible with our current team. We make unassuming, high-quality food. We are looking for a few unassuming, high-quality line cooks… and also a personable, knowledgeable bartender.

We are growing fast and would love to find talent that would consider making this a yearly migration. The Creede Hotel is committed to being open from Memorial Day to the end of the calendar year, which could be great for someone who wants to make some great money and have some months off to travel or chill. The quick-serve restaurant two doors down called Arp’s that serves healthy high quality food will be open all year.

We have quality housing at $125 per week.

Line cook $21 + tips

Bartender $16 + tips
