The Role:

The Systems Accountant will assist the Senior Systems Accountant to maintain financial systems and to ensure the integrity of data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain finance system data integrity by performing regular system reconciliations to ensure all financial values align as expected
• Perform data and user profile maintenance which includes maintaining master data including chart of accounts, management and compliance reporting codes across finance systems
• Maintain the interfaces between accounting systems, including master data mapping, error handling, and set up of new business divisions
• Provide support to system updates, enhancements and finance system projects including the documentation of business requirements, provide build assist, execute relevant testing and develop training and process documentation
• Investigate, troubleshoot and problem solve any finance system user issues

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have solid finance systems experience including consolidation system exposure, financial systems architecture and applications. You thrive in both BAU and project work and can deliver results within a changing environment. You have excellent problem solving skills, analytical abilities and financial acumen. You are collaborative in your approach and action oriented when taking on new opportunities and challenges.
