Based: Cheltenham with hybrid working
37 hours per week: flexi-time with half days on Fridays
Our HR team at Ultra in Cheltenham have a 12 month fixed term contract opening. With lots of positive changes happening, this is a very exciting time to be a part of the Ultra PCS business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
To develop effective strong partnering relationships with key business partners to gain trust with managers and positively influence decisions made
To provide commercially focused HR solutions
Where required, create, develop and implement local HR policies to deliver business goals
Work with Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment to attract, develop and retain talent and build a pipeline for key positions
Ensure myHR (Workday) is accurate and up-to-date to provide accurate and timely information and reports to enable the business to make decisions and analyse trends
Advise, coach and support managers on disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals as well as recruitment, performance management, talent management and succession planning processes
Work with local ICC representatives when required
Manage the full employee work cycle through myHR and support managers where necessary
Encourage and promote recognition across PCS, including RewardHub
Undertake new starters onboarding and ensure that managers follow the probation period review process.
To work on ad hoc projects, as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Significant experience in a generalist HR role with a business partner approach
Relevant degree or CIPD qualified
Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
Experience using a HR system is an advantage
Full driving licence and willing to travel
Experience working in manufacturing would be desirable.
