Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

• Own the Talent lifecycle from sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new talent to the ongoing training and growth of existing talent.
• Partner with Leadership and Admin teams to determine areas of need for new talent
• Be a subject matter expert in all avenues of talent acquisition and potential candidate sourcing tools
• Utilize all sources to discover talent including, but not limited to, job posting websites, social media, employee referrals, networking events, local college career centers, state resources, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up to date reporting to track applicants and current staff
• Maintain accurate and complete employee documentation files
• Lead and participate in additional Human Resources projects, as needed

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• 3-5 Years experience in Recruitment and/or Talent acquisition including sourcing, screening and interviewing potential clients
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates
• Behavioral Health or ABA experience a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bi-lingual a plus
• You are self-motivated and want to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills
• Additional HR experience a plus
• Light Travel
