Position Objectives

  • Preparing Job Cost lists for Project Managers
  • Entering Job Cost Reports Monthly
  • Completing the Job Cost monthly close process
  • Working closely with Account Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensuring client bills and projects costs are up to date
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Union Reports
  • Coding and entering of credit cards
  • Project set ups
  • Tax Certificates
  • Sales & Use Tax returns

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience
  • Timberline/Sage Software a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
