At Explore Learning, we are looking for enthusiastic, organised and proactive team members to help select the best possible tutors and leaders that can deliver our service to children and their families.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional candidate experience to all prospective candidates applying to work at Explore Learning. Assessing candidate suitability in our final stage interviews, you’ll equip our centres and online teams with a very high calibre of new staff, and subsequently help the business grow and flourish.

Key responsibilities:

• Assessing and processing a high volume of applications, making a sound judgement based on their skills and experiences in a timely manner

• Managing candidate enquiries in a warm, professional and efficient way

• Scheduling, conducting, and assessing video interviews, and recording feedback

You will have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• An ability to prioritise effectively, working at pace to manage multiple responsibilities

Logistics:

This is a c. 4 month Fixed Term role.

This is a remote role working full time 9:00-5:30pm but would be open to flexible working requests.

The salary will be £23k per annum dependent on experience.
