Candidate must:

-Must have 3 years of accounting experience with desktop QuickBooks Enterprise experience.

-Construction experience preferred.

– Be able to input customer and account data within given deadlines

– Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct inconsistencies in a timely fashion

– Research and obtain information for incomplete documents

– Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and observe backup procedures

– Scan documents and print files as needed

– Respond to queries for information

-Help with processing HR documents as needed.

-Be able to complete other office tasks (filing, faxing, completing phone calls for supervisors) and other assigned tasks.

Drug Screen and Pre-Hire Screening required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $28.00 per hour
