Bear Lodge Resort Hiring for Experienced Line Cooks at Dayton, Wyoming Full Time

Experience living and working in the beautiful Northern Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.   Positions are available NOW and for the summer and year-round to qualified individuals.     

 Busy year round kitchen seeking Experienced Line Cooks for all shifts.  Salary plus Room & Board

*PRIVATE ROOMS.

Line Cooks: Qualified applicants should enjoy being busy and be experienced and strong on the line, able to suggest and prepare creative specials, employee meals, and buffets when needed.  Banquet / special function experience a plus!  Position includes:  Prep ~ good knife skills, Flat Top & char broiler cooking, frying, sautéing, baking, and other cooking methods as needed.   Cleanliness and sanitation a must.  Equipment is to be cleaned and maintained. Serve Safe Certification a plus. Will assist in maintaining inventory, helping with incoming food orders being sure stock rotated as necessary.  Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, reach, walk up and down stairs ~ carrying product as needed.  A valuable part of the Kitchen Team.
