Position Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with HR programs, services and strategies for 200+ employees.

• Motivate, lead, and develop team of HR professionals to exceed branch HR goals.

• Collaborate with the Reno branch manager, hiring managers and other HR team members on high-growth recruitment strategies and performance management.

• Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.

• Help manage company organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and staffing levels.

• Coach and advise company leaders at all levels by giving timely feedback.

• Partner with leadership to keep employees engaged and aligned to company success.

• Oversee employee development strategy and resource allocation, anticipate organizational business needs and lead professional growth opportunities.

• Interpret and consistently apply HR policies, procedures and programs, working with management to balance business and employee needs.

• Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.

• Work with corporate leadership to develop and maintain succession and development plans for key personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.

• PHR certification preferred.

• 7+ years HR and recruiting experience including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS, WorkDay a plus) and Microsoft Office.

• Thorough knowledge of federal and Nevada state labor and employment laws.

• Experience in executing high-growth recruitment strategies.

• Experience in a high-volume distribution environment strongly preferred.

• Experience managing HR for a shift environment strongly preferred.

• Available for travel to job fairs, college recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations (for extended training).
