Assembly / Packer Inspector
Assembly and Production workers at GlobalMed Inc is responsible for the inspection and packaging of a variety of manufactured medical products and parts, ensuring only quality products are prepared for our customers. Entry-level positions are in our extrusion and assembly areas of manufacturing. Employees will be cross-trained in order to work in any role.

Starting rate: $16.75-$17.25 per hour start rate -after 3 month probationary period rate is $17.25-$17.75 per hour.

Job Tasks & Employment requirements:

· Inspect products to workmanship standards while being able to identify quality defects.

· Report defective or questionable product to shift Supervisor/Lead.

· Package products as per customer requirements with accurate counts. Preparation of supplies for production orders (making, boxes, cutting liners, bags)

· Accurate box labeling of production orders.

· Accurate completion and recording of order information on applicable production forms.

· Transport completed product to the warehouse using pallet truck (pump cart).

· Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.

· Understand and follow safe working conditions at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Must be able to work 12 hours shifts on a continental rotation

Salary: $16.75-$17.25 per hour
