Key Accounabilities:
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across DoT to understand current business processes, identify operational priorities, and influence engagement to the new system & processes.Develop expert knowledge of the DoT-designed SuccessFactors system and apply HR expertise to wholistically evolve our business processes as required to adopt our “future state” by engaging operational subject matter experts (SMEs).

About you
This exiting role will suit a HR professional who has practical knowledge/experience of HR practises and enjoys working with systems and processes (particularly HRIS recruitment and onboarding).
The ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge and experience with establishing and/or improving HR processes/policies, systems and working knowledge of the underpinning people data.
Experience working on a large HR system implementation project Experience in building and maintaining strong and effective relationships across a range of stakeholders and SMEs.
Mandatory – Experience using and/or implementing a HR System / Human Capital Management System -Proven experience developing & embedding best-practice HR processes
Desirable – Tertiary qualification in a related or relevant field Experience using SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar.
